Women's Month Programme - The Annual Women Empowerment Network (YEN) - The LEKGOTLA Way! is a women development and empowerment related get together of the coaches, career advisors, mentors, educators, women development practitioners, women entrepreneurship development specialists, women entrepreneurs, community development practitioners, government officials, buyers of women development services and related fields organized by COMETSA Conferencing & Events Management and COMETSA Friends & Supporters Club NPO. The facilitators apply the COMETSA LEKGOTLA Methodology in engaging with the participants. The outcome of the event is the insights into trends in women development and empowerment programmes, new knowledge, and networking that the participants gain from attending.
