The Annual Diversity Management & Inclusion Network (DMIN)- The LEKGOTLA Way! is a get together of the Diversity Management & Inclusion practitioners, consultants, managers, advisors, coaches, mentors, strategists, specialists, trainers, lecturers, organizational development & design experts, culture specialists, directors, facilitators, and buyers of Diversity Management & Inclusion services and related fields organized by COMETSA Conferencing & Events Management on behalf of COMETSA PMS Lekgotla Networks, and COMETSA Friends & Supporters Club NPO. The facilitators apply the COMETSA LEKGOTLA Methodology in engaging with the participants. The outcome of the event is the insights into trends in Diversity Management & Inclusion Programmes, new knowledge, and networking that the participants gain from attending.
